1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

"8055j" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 8055j online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 8055j.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimized pages, and application interfaces.

"Player" / "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the 8055j platform or who accesses any part of the platform, whether or not a registered account exists.

"Account" — the individual registered account created by a Player on 8055j, identified by a unique username, through which all transactions, wagers, and account management functions are conducted.

"Services" — all gaming, betting, live casino, sports wagering, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Bingo Online, Bandar Q, and any other products or features made available through the 8055j platform from time to time.

"Funds" / "Balance" — the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) amount held in a Player's account at any given time, comprising deposits, winnings, and bonus credits, less withdrawals, wagers, and applicable charges.

"Bonus Funds" — credits awarded to a Player's account by 8055j pursuant to a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback scheme, or any other marketing incentive. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions as specified in clause 5.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and document verification process required by 8055j to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility before permitting withdrawals or as otherwise requested by the Platform.

"IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia. All monetary amounts on the 8055j platform are denominated in IDR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is illegal, restricted, or requires a local licence that 8055j does not hold.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 8055j platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 8055j operates strictly as a 21+ platform. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned at 8055j's sole discretion.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated are ineligible.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on 8055j. Opening duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the 8055j responsible gaming tools or imposed by 8055j following a support intervention.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 8055j staff are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 8055j Services, you must create a registered account by completing the registration form available on the platform. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Registration Requirements: You must provide a valid username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number. 8055j may request additional information at any time as part of its KYC process, including government-issued identification documents (such as a Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. Account Accuracy: If any information provided at registration subsequently changes (including your email address, telephone number, or payment details), you must update your account profile promptly. 8055j accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect bank account details.

• One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• 8055j reserves the right to merge accounts suspected of belonging to the same individual.
• Accounts opened using false or misleading information may be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8055j platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 8055j supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no platform fee charged on deposits. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your account within minutes of a confirmed transfer. 8055j accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider. You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays. The average processing time is under 3 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete KYC verification, including submission of valid photo identification and proof of ownership of your nominated bank account or e-wallet.

• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that matches the name on the 8055j account.
• 8055j reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in clause 5.
• 8055j reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent, collusive, or irregular activity.
• If a deposit cannot be returned to its original payment method, 8055j may offer an alternative withdrawal route at its discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8055j offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which unused Bonus Funds expire and are removed from your account.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus Funds may only be used for wagering on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games, specific slot titles, and certain sports markets may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• 8055j reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Players who request a withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will have their Bonus Funds removed and any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds forfeited.
• 8055j reserves the right to apply minimum odds or stake restrictions to bonus wagering where specified in a promotion's terms.

6 Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets offered on the 8055j platform — including live casino, sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout slot games), Bingo Online, and Bandar Q — are governed by the individual game rules published on the platform and, where applicable, by the rules of the respective software provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

Sports Betting: All sports bets, including those placed on BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia, Piala AFF, badminton, MotoGP Mandalika, and e-sports markets such as Mobile Legends MPL, are subject to 8055j's sportsbook rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the combination bet rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and actual market odds due to a technical error, 8055j reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, market, and product category. • All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a specific cash-out feature is available and active for that market.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets are void and stakes returned.
• 8055j reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as part of a suspected syndicated or collusive betting scheme.
• Results for all certified games are determined by independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems and are final.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8055j platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21.
• Opening, operating, or having access to more than one account on the 8055j platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to a data feed error.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Game outcomes, as all certified games are determined by independently audited RNG systems.

The 8055j platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8055j makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond lawful recreational gaming.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

8055j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 8055j has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to 8055j.
• A competent authority or court has instructed 8055j to freeze or close the account.

Upon closure of an account for cause, 8055j reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Verified real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and confirmation that no prohibited conduct has occurred.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting 8055j support at any time. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to your nominated payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8055j holds its operating licence. To the extent that any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under the laws of any jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

8055j operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players in Indonesia access the platform on the basis that they have independently satisfied themselves as to the legality of online gaming in their specific location and accept sole responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. 8055j makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction and expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Player's failure to comply with local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 8055j's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14 Amendments

8055j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8055j will notify registered Players via email, an on-screen notification upon next login, or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Your continued use of the 8055j platform after any amendment has been notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12. 8055j recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.
